Colts vs Ravens Game Betting Preview
The Baltimore Ravens are trying to secure its first postseason berth since 2014. Baltimore currently sits on the outside looking in based on the tie breaker with number 6 seed Buffalo. The Indianapolis Colts have lost eight of nine games, including five straight in which they failed to score over 17 points. The Colts (3-11) will start Jacoby Brissett at quarterback again but how long will he last with an offensive line that has up a league-high 49 sacks this season. The Ravens will counter with linebacker Terrell Suggs and his team leading 11 sacks. It is hard to expect much from a Colts team with an offense that is ranked 31st and a defense that is ranked 30th. The Baltimore Ravens (8-6) quarterback Joe Flacco threw for a touchdown and rushed for another in a 27-10 victory over win-less Cleveland last week. The Ravens running back Alex Collins has rushed for five touchdowns in his past five games. Baltimore’s defense is in a good position to score some points. So far this season they have5 touchdowns on 33 takeaways.

Colts vs Ravens Prop Betting Preview
Jacoby Brissett hasn’t topped 200 passing yards in a game in over a month and even with the Ravens missing top corner Jimmy Smith, I don’t expect him to have a big day. At running back, Frank Gore now looks like the over the hill back he is. At receiver, T.Y. Hilton looks like he is in a good spot to get yards and receptions with the Colts falling behind and needing to pass. Tight end Jack Doyle looks like he is good for quite a few short receptions so I won’t take him over on the yardage prop bet but he is in play with receptions. With Brissett not expected to get a lot of yards in may seam a reach to like Hilton and Doyle. But, who else do the Colts have?
At quarterback Joe Flacco gets the Colts who have one of the weakest defenses in the league. The thing to worry about with him is the Ravens will run the ball all day long once they have a 10+ lead. Not a spot for him to get a lot of yards or attempts but it is a good sport for passing touchdowns. The Ravens running back Alex Collins had just 12 carries for just 19 yards against the Browns last week. He played on just 39% of the offensive snaps. In this game I look for the Ravens to feed him the ball again. I know he might split touches with Javorius Allen.but the Ravens should be able to get out to a big lead in this game, making Collins the better bet for production. Receiver Jeremy Maclin left last week’s game early so check his status before this game. If he is out Mike Wallace is the primary beneficiary. Last week Wallace had ten targets with 6 receptions for 89 yards against the Browns. At tight end Ben Watson produces every week and with the Ravens expected to run more than pass, Ben is in a good spot to get open on play action passes in a ball control offense.
Colts vs Ravens Game Pick & Score Prediction
This game has road kill written all over it. The Ravens are the better team and they are the more physical team. It is hard to see how the Colts can get to the 20 point mark they would need to have in order to cover the point spread. I really don’t like giving up double digits in the NFL. However, the Colts offense is just as likely to score for the Ravens as they are to get an offensive touchdown.
