Broncos vs Patriots Betting Preview
The Broncos have dropped four in a row and are in full free fall. The Denver Broncos were beaten by the Philadelphia Eagles 51-23 last week. This week Broncos quarterback Brock Osweiler will get his chance to save the season for Denver. On the other side the Patriots have won four straight and are now tied for the AFC’s best record after starting off the year with a big loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
New England Patriots
The Patriots (6-2) have been averaging just under 22 points per game during the winning streak but Brady still leads the league with 2,541 passing yards. His production is Brady like with 16 touchdowns and only two interceptions. The Patriots offense strategy is to spread the ball around with five different receivers catching at least five passes in a 21-13 victory over San Diego before the bye. They will be without receiver Chris Hogan this week. However, Rob Gronkowski looks to be healthy and ready for a little revenge against the Broncos secondary that took him out last year. Running back James White has also been a top receiver for the Patriots with 34 catches this season. Remember how the Pats defense was the worst in football and the team was doomed because they couldn’t stop anyone? The Patriots have given up an average of 12.8 points over the past four games.
The Broncos (3-5) quarterback Brock Osweiler will make his second start following the benching of Trevor Siemian. In 2015 he beat the Patriots by passing for 270 yards and a score in a 30-24 overtime victory. On Sunday night there are question marks for the three top receivers (Demaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders and Bennie Fowler) as all of them have injury concerns. There are also injuries on the offensive linemen that will hold back the offense. Those offensive line injuries will not only hold back the passing game but are also part of the reason that C.J. Anderson has been ineffective this year. The Broncos defense has been average on yards given up but they have not been able to get the pass rush needed to be a shutdown passing defense.

New England Patriots vs Denver Broncos Betting Prediction
Two teams going in opposite directions. The Patriots are winning with a ball control passing game and a defense that is suddenly shutting down other teams passing game. New England won’t get fancy tonight and will just grind down a lesser talented Broncos team. Giving eight points in game i do not expect to be high scoring can be a little tough it is what I have to do here. I have been running one scenario after another and I can not come up with a way for the Broncos offense to get over 17 points. Taking the big road favorite in a bet against the Broncos offense.
